Easter Monday Car Boot

Latest Girls Night In Went Well

A relaxing night of laughter, chat, wine and crackers. I kept things very simple and chose a picnic table clothe and a "build your own" party cracker menu. Wine and homemade cherry punch (virgin or with cherry brandy) to drink.

As a result we all chilled out nicely, even I was calm and collected and could enjoy the night after a hard week's work.

Girls Night August 2009

The previous "build your own" night I hosted was a Mexican themed dinner - I think it breaks the ice and sets the scene for a less formal atmosphere, especially if you have guests who don't know each other yet...

 I'm gearing up for the next carboot sale on Easter Monday and have so far managed to recycle old bits of wax into new candles to sell...
